An incident report was filed on January 25, 2022, clearly tying the injury to my employment.\nDespite this documentation, Vivian repeatedly told me that I “couldn’t prove” my broken pelvis was work-related. That statement was deeply concerning given the existing records and reports. From my perspective, the handling of my case felt aligned with the insurance adjuster’s position rather than with advocating for me as the injured worker.\nI was frequently left to do much of the work myself, while being told everything was being handled properly. Communication was dismissive, and legitimate evidence was minimized rather than developed and presented.\nIf you are seeking strong, independent Workers’ Compensation representation, this was not my experience.
