He refused to fight for me and I also learned he was friends with the prosecutor for Layton city, so avoid him if your case is there. I was not late to the hearings to my recollection but I am frequently in with prosecutors speaking about cases or in other court rooms and they will not call the case with out me there.  Your footage is still available on the the secured website.  As for the prosecutors being friends, we are more acquaintances, I know what they will and wont do from 27 years of working with them.  I have not received any requests for additional information since your were sentenced. We went to court the first time and Roy did nothing to defend my husband.  NOTHING!  my husband paid him $2200 to hire him and that was all he owed.  Well we the went to court the 2nd time and Roy AGAIN did nothing to defend my husband with a case we had.\nHe would say, “ I will take care of you , don’t worry. I will help you. “.  He didn’t take care of anything. He just kinda shrugged his shoulders like oh well.\nWe went to court again to appeal something and the judge told my husband that he would let him get rid of what he had going.  Well everything was ok. Well the Roy emailed my husband and said the he owed $750 dollars for extra work that he went above and beyond to get the outcome we did. And then  he told my husband that, “I cannot control the judge.”   He said if we do not pay him he will take us to small claims court, get a judgement on him and take it from you, the choice is yours.  He never said  a word about my husband having to pay more. We got him re-sentenced in the district court and then I reduced my fees for the appeal at your request.  The fact that you are so ungrateful and that your husband now has charges for the same thing in the district court says that the problem is not me.
