Having Bobby Coats as my lawyer was an absolute disappointment.  He was AWOL for most of my case, hardly ever returned phone calls, couldn’t follow through accurately with anything previously discussed and I caught him in numerous inconsistencies the more he talked. It took months and months that dragged into years to do the slightest easiest tasks for my case.  When I spoke to Ted about him he was quite surprised with the evidence of dereliction of duty I presented at that time.  The icing on the cake was after not hearing from him for months on end, I discovered he up and left the Ted Smith Law Group with no warning and no communication with me his client.
