He does little to no work. As an attorney he should have noticed that there was 2 months with a 2 thousand dollar water bill. With having a key to my home there should have only been 1 month of a 2 thousand dollar water bill. That should have been a red flag to the park, and they should have came in, and turned the water off. I feel he should have noticed that, and fought to get the second month taken off along with a month of lot rent because someone else owned the home. That's 2,550 dollars i shouldn't have had to pay. Not the kind of energy you want when searching for a lawyer to help you . If I say “Hey Gary , how are you today ?” And you reply with a flat unemotional “im alright” , doesn’t really come off as if you want to help or that you’re even open to it . I mean pleasantries may be overrated but that’s just basic professionalism .
