I have only spoke to this man ONE TIME, when he set up my payment arrangement… other than that he has NEVER RETURNED A PHONE CALL. I usually only speak to Brad, who doesn’t give the same information that Chris gave the ONE TIME I SPOKE TO HIM. My checks were being garnished at least 2 months AFTER i filed bankruptcy AND I didn’t get the money back(Chris said I would, Brad said he didn’t know)… I started a new job and asked for the last two payments to be taken on a different day (30th and 15th)… they took my payment on the 30th, then tried to debit my account AGIAN on the 3rd!! I felt like I was just a payment to this lawyer, I don’t feel any more knowledgeable about this bankruptcy process than when I started it.
