They also never left us hanging, we knew what was going on at all times and if we called/text/emailed, we had answers relatively quickly.  We were definitely not their only case, but they made us feel like we were.  They also sent us to the best of the best doctors to get expert opinions.  We never felt unprepared or worried that our case wasn't being taken seriously.
