I have reached out to her on a few occasions to explain the lack of communication with me regarding my case. She repeatedly pretends on the phone that I am arguing with her in order to make others in her office think that I am being a problem. This office has dropped the ball during my entire case and has falsified notes in their system as if they were contacting me during my case, which was not true. As my advocate she has never attempted to assist me with any questions or concerns I have and her attitude is very unprofessional and she has know compassion for others. Jessica is untrustworthy and has an issue, something is truly wrong with you if you pretend to argue with a client and the completely hang up the phone on them.
