Leticia was very helpful but she quit( gee I wonder why) and they then assigned me to a Hilda S. Ramirez. She was so rude and condescending worse than any collection agency or CRS that I  have ever encountered in my entire life! I left the phone call wondering why I ever called this place in the first place. I thought they were here to help people not to make situations  worse than they already are.\nShe was combative, argumentative and flat out rude. I will tell everyone I know about her and this office and how they degrade people down to a nub and make us feel less than a human being . But maybe this is Hilda’s tactic to lessen her workload. Cuz hey if she can make a human feel like less than a human then they wont call back for anymore help from her!\nA truly genius method by a person, Hilda S. Ramirez , that is lazy doesn’t want to help people in need and ultimately just wants to  lessen her workload load.
