When we called and explained the situation, we had a meeting scheduled and the group was very welcoming. They understood our problems and were also able to offer help to other tenants in our building as well!\n\nSince then, it has been a very straight forward process. Everything has been explained very well in both English and Spanish. They did let us know the average length of a lawsuit so we knew from the beginning it would take a few years. It has been very professional and we were being updated on the case as it kept moving forward.
