Both accidents I was not the one at fault, one in August 2021 and then another in April 2023.\n\nBoth times Jessica was absolutely everything I needed in a lawyer. The first time there were no witnesses and it basically turned into a \"he said she said\" with the other party since she was lying about running a red light. But Jessica fought for what was right and got the other party's insurance company to pay out for mine and my husband's medical bills, when they initially told us to go pound sand. (Loveland Police were none helpful and completely dropped the ball on their report as well, so it really was an uphill battle that Jessica won.)\n\nThen roll around to 2023, and my vehicle is once again totalled by another driver not paying attention (I was waiting to turn onto a county road, stopped to cross traffic, and was rear ended by the other party going 60mph). I went out of my way to find Jessica again (she had been with a different law firm prior to starting her own during my first accident) because I knew she would do everything she could to get me and my children who were in the car justice.\n\nIf you're in need of a lawyer after a car accident, don't look any further than hiring Jessica.
