Throughout my case the past 3 years, the communication and adaptability for disabilities is nonexistent. I have had to reach out to staff members multiple times before receiving a response regarding my ongoing case. They have consistently ignored my attempts to express adaptations to communication due to injuries from the incident they’re supposed to be helping with. Clearly, they do not really care about supporting their invisibly disabled customers.
