Liz was always quick to relay information and reply back. I was up front in visiting with Spencer and gave him no surprises. Spencer set realistic expectations based on the law and his experience. I wish my Ex's attorney had been like this with her. He sold her on everything she wanted to hear. Lofty demands from her, caused me anxiety and more questions, but Spencer stayed his course and the mediation went accordingly. I also felt that the Mediator gave respect  to Spencer's arguments. A Mediator's respect is huge.\nI clearly had the better of the two attorneys (even though her attorney was more expensive).
