Ms Jones started great but within time into the case it was hard to contact her communicate and or hear back from her within a timely manner. Ms Jones did help us with most of the custody issues however never took our concerns seriously and made very little effort to actually fight for the case. The other parent was causing serious trouble and Ms Jones kept insisting it was not enough to go after her for a RO. We had to file separately and I was actually granted the RO despite her telling me I wouldn’t. There were times I’d sent videos of disorderly conduct from the other parent and Miss Jones would state it was not enough or That the other party was not acting disorderly.  We would then send pictures of the same day showing the behavior and all she would do was apologize. So if you really want your case heard and fought for unfortunately I do not recommend Miss Jones. I am currently at a high bill which I’m making payments to for a case that really didn’t get us anywhere but instead, I had to do stuff to get myself to where I’m at. After contacting Miss Jones, and informing her that  we still needed her representation the month leading to court she messaged back one week before court date to inform us she was not comfortable, continuing the case because of the balance, even though we had reached a payment agreement. At this point, I feel it was very unprofessional to wait that long and not give proper notice or time to look for other legal help And instead just dumping her client and leave him to handle everything alone.Unfortunately, this attorney at times showed she wanted to help the other party more than her Client And just make things easy for her. Despite there being numerous evidence To win a contempt, my case was not fought hard enough, and everything was ignored. These are statements are false and misleading. The contempt was not apart of this contract. I talked to this client numerous times over the course of this matter including two office appointments which were approximately one hour in length.  We were successful in obtaining the goals for this case that initially was set out and received much appreciation and praise from this client when the court ruled after the hearing. The first and only time this client complained was when I had to prepare the order after hearing to finalize the case.  After learning of financial hardship and I offered to complete the order without additional charges-which I did.  I then received a comaint that he had to pay for me completing the order at all and he demanded a refund for that work, which I declined to provide as the work was already performed. Thus person appears to be ungrateful for that offer. It was that order that this client then used to go forward on a contempt and appears to have been successful. No response was filed late in this matter-we performed everything that was agreed upon in the contract with success. There is no reasonable basis for this complaint regarding my services.
