And after buying the house of 1 year i got violation letters from city of buffalo that this house has 17 violation and law firm saying we dont know anything about it accept exterior painting . This case was open on March 29 2022. And the lawyer dosent know anything about it. Stay away from this law firm. And of course stay away from mitu & sons company . Another fraud  person . 17 violation and law firm has no idea .
