From the start, communication has been poor—I must follow up multiple times just to get basic updates on my case. It is now Feb 2025 and I still have not heard back from him in over 6 weeks, even after emailing Carlo on 3 separate occasions during January alone. This is an ongoing issue with Carlo which I communicated several times but nothing has improved. When I finally get responses, they are vague and lack clear guidance or progress.\nAdditionally, I feel that my case is not being given the attention it deserves. Deadlines continue to be missed, and there seems to be little effort in preparing a strong strategy.  For example, in January 2024, we discussed having a private investigator serve papers to a defendant in my case, and it was not until December 2024 that Carlo asked me to verify the defendent 's social media accounts that the private investigator found.\n\nUnfortunately, this lack of professionalism and diligence continues to cost me both time and money.
