I then called to schedule a consultation and, on two separate occasions, was given a confirmed consultation time—only to call at the scheduled time and be told there was nothing on the calendar and that the attorney was “in court.”\n\nEach time, I was told someone would call me back after reviewing the attorney’s availability. Not once did anyone ever call me back.\n\nWhen I finally did speak directly with the attorney, his behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I made it clear that based on his conduct and the office’s complete lack of communication, moving forward would not be appropriate—and frankly, it felt like a favor not to proceed.\n\nFor a profession where communication, reliability, and professionalism are critical, this office demonstrated none of those qualities.
