Efforts to resolve this matter have been ongoing and frustrating. Additionally, documents requiring service have repeatedly been sent to an incorrect address, resulting in continued delays involving more than $80,000.\nMy interactions with his partner, Stephen E., were similarly challenging. Fowler is a “no nonsense,” attorney.
