I was facing serious charges, potential years in prison, probation, and incredible fines.\nAttorney Jason Tempin handled my case. I chose Jason because he was the only attorney who actually called me back to ask if I wanted his help, and this was after we already had an hour long phone consultation. No other attorney did that. When I calmly told him I didn’t appreciate being spoken to that way—especially after paying him thousands of dollars—he threw my folder across the desk, told me it was “16 hours of work” and that I wouldn’t be getting anything back, then ordered his secretary to kick me out.\n\nI never received a refund, never got proper legal help from him, and ultimately had to hire another attorney (Albert Altamore) to fix the mess.
