However, we can only say so much due to client confidentiality and attorney-client privilege. To clarify, the person who wrote this review wasn’t the Firm’s client, but was communicating with our firm on behalf of the real client.  In any case, it became clear very quickly that the Firm could no longer continue representing the client (for reasons we cannot disclose, but which are unrelated to the unfounded claims in this review). We refunded all fees paid in the engagement, forwarded the entire case file to a new attorney selected by the client in the matter, answered numerous questions from this new attorney, and in every way assisted in the transfer of the case.
