He spent over 25 hours with his father, though.... my son told Mr. Ellzey he was unsafe with his father. Mr. Ellzey laughed about it in court and said my son was just strong willed. My son wrote Mr. Ellzey a letter outlining all of the crimes his father had committed... Mr. Ellzey laughed about it in court and said he should become a lawyer. Never once did Mr. Ellzey take anything my son was saying seriously and he definitely had no concern for my son's interests or being my son's voice.
