We were running behind with appointments this afternoon as does happen occasionally when we have a full day and certain clients take longer than expected. I think our receptionist explained this. Most people are understanding when this happens and I return their call once I am out of the other meeting. I attempted to return a call to my delayed appointment from my personal cell phone after 5pm today once I was done with my prior client meeting, as I knew the client was upset after hearing she cursed at our receptionist and referenced me using profanity.  There was no answer from the client when I called. I apologize for this issue but would hope the client could connect tomorrow during office hours for a phone call.
