At one point I reached out to get an update on my case and didn’t get a response for an entire month. Very inadequate representation and communication. Not to mention, he was the most expensive attorney in the entire state for this case. She was charged with speeding over 100 mph. She is upset her charge was not dismissed and does not understand the length of time it takes, on some cases, to negotiate a reasonable resolution with the prosecutor. As was explained to her, case negotiation is with the prosecutor, not the Judge, and as such, it is not uncommon for a case to run 3 to 4 months before a resolution is achieved. Negotiation is a process unless one accepts the first offer given by a prosecutor.
