My daughter sustained a broken arm at school.  We were really only looking for a settlement for about 10k.  Only to help with medical bills.  They wanted to pursue something for over 130k.  The persuaded this for months and were completely ignored. In wich case I received nothing and still had almost 15 k in bills to pay.
