He needed more information so I had my homework.\n\nRay plays to win; he assumes he's going to court and plans accordingly.  He doesn't just collect your accident information, file some papers, and go the final settlement meeting.  Ray had a general idea of the monetary worth of my case.  He and Polona have years of experience and know what they are doing. Polona kept track of all the paperwork and appointments, kept me updated, and explained what she needed and why without any pressure.\n\nRay explained what the next steps were.  He said what to expect and guided me through each step of the process:  the deposition where my testimony was recorded and transcribed for future use (the attorneys for the other two car accidents asked questions of me), and the recorded medical evaluation with a neurology doctor and an orthopedic surgeon which took two hours.\n\nThe day of the settlement meeting, the mediator went back and forth, not just once, not just twice, but at least five times between Ray, Polona, and myself in Ray's office, another room with the attorney & their client for the first accident and another room with the attorney & their client for the second accident.
