Responds and works quickly for/with time sensitive information. Made me feel super comfortable, although I was very nervous about the process. Unfortunately I was not able to remain with Beth once I decided to move forward. I was then assigned to Hope, which was NOT great at reaching back out via email nor phone calls when I would call her office, and was told she was on the other line or at lunch. Only heard from Hope via text, which I wasn’t able to text the # back. Called me during inconvenient time frames, instead of just reaching me through email. She never answered any of my questions and seemed to drag the process for me. Not much, but not quick enough for me like Beth was. Wish I would’ve stayed with Beth or been assigned to someone else who was more engaging and eager to help.
