He has continued to mishandle the probate for my deceased brother. He was given money to pay off all debt and to this day has not paid it off, nor has he taken the state to probate. My brother passed in August of 2014, and 8 years later, it is not resolved. He basically has stolen the money given to him. The family now has been told to call the Florida Bar.\n\nHis secretary is extremely rude, and she lies. Every time you try to call and talk to Brian Hess, she tells you he is not in the office (or so she says).\n\nI would not recommend him to anyone. He is a disgrace to the profession.
