Then all of a sudden they \"cared\", which he emphasized how the review would hurt his business. So, from my perspective, he seems to only care about his business image, not his client's experience.\n\nMy personal experience with this law office has been beyond terrible. If someone asked me, my person opinion on this law firm, I would recommend they stay as far away as possible. From my perspective, they do not care about their clients; you are only a number and money. The only compassion I felt from this firm was when Toby called me because of the negative review.\n\nEdit: forgot to mention how Toby told me he would only do the bare minimum, for my case, after the negative review. So if you want to hire someone who retaliates on customer feedback, then this is your firm!\n\nUpdate: they have never contacted once since I made this review. Not a single time. This is the worst law firm I have ever experienced and all their marketing about caring about their clients is 110% bs. It's really not that hard to pick up a phone for five minutes.
