I was in the middle of a diagnosis that involved the death sentence in the middle of closing for my property, and then the middle of that I also had a death of a very close family member. Robert did not tell me about not having the information I requested a month in advance before closing, and then after that I requested he not be in the room and no one in the office agreed to have me have someone else in the room to read the closing and feel comfortable asking questions. I have plenty questions about the mortgage I requested to read previously and was intimidated to ask any questions, signed within 15 minutes and left. After I paid the wire they told me that case was closed and they did not even say goodbye.
