Before every time I spoke. She was condescending and cold. I finally couldn’t take it anymore and lost my temper and hung up. Note to the law firm: when someone calls you because they feel that they need legal representation for medical malpractice, let them speak. Let them be a little overwhelmed. For the love the of god, do NOT cut them off. Get the woman off of the phones. She does not know how to treat people. Awful.
