The first few months there was communication. We paid, provided the info and interviews. After six months, after that, i asked for an update. Was told I would be contacted soon. Its been 2 years already, all I have is silence. I understand that there are delays in this process, a heavy work load, but i have not had my questions answered or given an immigration case number from Ice or anything. 2 years!  Did they just take our money and ghost us? Because that is what I, from my perspective, have experienced.
