Long story short:  I experienced a substantial theft of property from my vehicle, for which I was insured.  My insurance company's adjuster denied my claim due to their very creative interpretation of the my policy agreement's fine print.  Thankfully I found Jeff Bolender!  He knows the the typical insurance industry's tricks inside and out, and is definitely the guy you want to call when you're dealing with an unscrupulous insurance co.
