I hired the firm for a legal case and the service I received was very disappointing.\n\nThe attorney assigned to my case, Keith Arago, was extremely unresponsive and slow to act. Communication was difficult, and many times I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a response. It often felt like I had to push the case forward myself and even suggest actions that should have been handled proactively by the attorney.\n\nThe case was unnecessarily prolonged with long periods where little to no progress was made. It seemed like the attorney was overwhelmed with other work and unable to give my case the attention it required.\n\nEventually, I decided to terminate the representation because I felt the handling of my case was ineffective and not aligned with my best interests.
