I found them through my MetLife legal benefits at work. They were patient and understanding and followed up DAILY until our documents were completed, which took us 6mo because of my work schedule, but they stayed on top of us. I downgraded this review from a 5 star, just because there were some details in the documents that were initially in error that surprised me. Once I corrected the errors, they updated expeditiously. It was most likely the fact that it was all done virtually with no in person encounters. Another “issue” would be that when it came time for virtual notarized signatures, I had to take vacation day to be available and they cancelled at the very last minute because the documents needed 2 witnesses and their virtual notary didn’t have 2 witnesses available. Turned into a bit of an inconvenience and we had to arrange an outside notary and bring 2 witnesses.
