I paid him $700 when I first walked in the door without us even closing, and when the closing couldn’t take place, he refused to talk to me or even give me my money back. No property tax or garbage fees had been paid on any of the properties involved since 2014 leaving me a liability of over $55,000 + the opposing party was responsible for by court order, so due to EXTREMELY POOR DUE DILIGENCE I've had to hire another attorney to fix this mess that should've been addressed by this firm prior to hearing.
