Despite numerous calls to Noemi, Sonia, Ashley, and other staff members, and several emails, we have received no clear answers about the status of her funds.  The firm has given her the runaround, leaving her feeling ignored and helpless.  This review serves as a warning to potential clients: while the legal representation may be adequate, expect significant difficulty in receiving your settlement.
