You might hear from them, once a year if you are lucky. My case took almost six years to get closure and resolve. I barely had money to pay the medical bills and I have permanent disability and got a lousy $3K for it. Amazon was the place I was suing, they didn't adhere to their own policies and procedures, they are as bad as this place. I did the assistants job for them.
