I was almost denied my residency and the person behind the desk understood the incompetence of this firm and after a grueling 2 hour interview, I received my residency.  Do not work with these people they are over priced, and very unprofessional.  I thought if I pay good money my case will get done right. They have great reviews. This process, at least for me, was long and frustrating.  The system isn't easy to navigate.  I initially went in with the idea that I worked all my life, got medically retired from the military so it should be simple.  Having representation was a big relief.  A lot of the system is hurry up, wait, now there's an immediate deadline that feels arbitrary, and that was prior to 2020.  I'm not sure how well I would have managed on my own dealing with life changing circumstances and bureaucracy.
