Kathy told me to give Tricia a call and if I could not reach her to reach back out to see what she could possibly do to help, I took her advice and did just that but when I called back she acted as if she didn’t say a thing and basically told me to keep trying the non working number to the other attorney. Needless to say it’s been months and I never heard Mr. Biggs voice once and he never took the time out to even consult with me after I was referred to him through the Texas Bar Association, if you have no interest in taking new clients on you should remove yourself from the registry. I understand his case load is probably pretty heavy but if your receptionist is saying one thing and you’re doing another then it’s obvious there may be some issues within in regards to communication. It almost seemed pretty dismissive as if they didn’t need or want my business.
