I was pretty beaten up, bruised and shaken. My bike (a carbon Jamis) was equally bruised and shaken. I was smart enough to get a couple of pictures and the driver's info. I limped home, chatted with my wife, and I decided to research a bicycle attorney. There are a few online but believe or not I settled on Tom Forsyth because he had good reviews but more importantly (to me) he has a Scottish name, and I'm 100% Scottish. Sorted.\n\nTom and Isabel were immediately calming and professional. They gave me great advice, never pressured me, and were super responsive, even to my sometimes stupid questions. They got me a really fair insurance payout from the driver's insurance, and they even got me a settlement for my bike.\n\nThis is an unbiased piece of advice. If you were hurt while riding your bicycle, give these guys a call. God willing I'm not going to be involved in another bicycle accident ***knock-on-wood*** but if I am?
