He was a referral from an attorney in Berkeley. Mr. B said  I would receive an email and additional information where he would have to file my case. Yesterday Mr. B said I misunderstood him. That there was some miscommunication on my end. He was extremely rude and arrogant. I am a very educated woman I would not have been calling his office two months following up on my status if he and his team had communicated to me. He stated he emailed me, I informed him I never received an email. He said you did. Then put me on hold to check, but didn’t acknowledge they didn’t send it and then asked me for my email address. Very disappointing he act like we never had an hour conversation two months ago!! There was a huge miscommunication on HIS part. Who continues to call an attorney if they are not going to represent you,  they told me he was busy with a case and he would get back to me……It went on and on and on.
