My thought was, while it may only be a couple minutes from your perspective,  calling every single person back to tell them I would not be accepting their case is actually very time consuming given that I am in high demand and receive a lot of calls, and that I still have a job to do for all of my current clients. I just assumed those cold-calling an attorney would simply move on to the next attorney like you are doing now. But clearly you were upset enough that you wanted to leave a negative review.
