No problem.\nHe didn't.\nI called a THIRD time and he replied, \"I will call you back shortly.\"\nGreat. No problem.\nAgain, he didn't.\nSo he's either REALLY BAD at his job, or he's just have a great time *messing* with potential clients. Either way, it's an awful look.
