one star rating is generous.\n\nHaving personal experience with this firm, I do not recommend its services.\nIn my civil case, I felt misrepresented in court and later, upon discussing the issue with my attorney, he said he'd refrained from presenting evidence pertinent to the case because I had (in court) returned an engagement ring, and he felt that was a slap in the face to my ex-fiancé, and did not want to hurt his feelings.\nIn addition, later in the development of the case, my attorney failed to communicate the fact that he had received a subpoena for me and, as a result, I missed the hearing and suffered a judgment against me presumably due to my absence.\nAfter terminating the council of my attorney, I went to the final hearing with my original documents in hand and was promptly sent out of the courtroom when I attempted to argue my case.\nThe Judge told me I'd previously had an attorney and could not dispute any judgments that had been made.\nI feel that, had my attorney been effectual in his responsibilities, I would have won the case.\nOnly if you absolutely need paperwork (and only paperwork) shuffled in the system would I imagine suggesting you seek assistance
