My husband was hit by a negligent driver last October. His car was totaled and he was injured from the airbags and the impact. His whole right side and hip were messed up and his hand was super swollen. It was a mess. I was too afraid to let our insurance companies handle things, because they nickel and dime people and don't offer proper payouts, so we were referred to Bedford by a passerby who saw the accident and witnessed it was totally the other driver's fault. I'm so glad we decided to get representation and seek the full damages. We just received notice of the settlement amount and we can now close this chapter of our lives.
