I had a warrant that was 8 years old for taking a leased vehicle out of the state without written permission. The company received regular payments, however after 2 months of moving to New Mexico from Florida Sunshine Motors wanted the vehicle back. I told them they would have to come repossess it, because I was not driving back to Florida. Needless to say, they did repossess they vehicle yet the warrant stood. it was a felony warrant based on amount. My wife and I now live in Nebraska. Mr. Powell was able to handle this case without me having to return to Florida. It was pled down to petty theft, $500 fine and 6 months probation. The biggest deal was Mr. Powell was able to get my wife's warrant, for the same case, dismissed. My wife had nothing to do with the car and never drive it. her name was on the registration because we are married.\n\nI would recommend this law firm to everyone.
