Mr. Beam was very rude and demeaning and dishonest when I spoke with him on the phone.  His secretary/clerk was also rude - it must be the office culture.  They put so much financial duress on our recently widowed client, threatening to have her and her grandchildren out on the streets in 48 hours if they even went before the judge to defend themselves, that she signed an agreement and handed over her complete back rent not knowing that every penny would just go to pay a portion of their exorbitant legal fees (which went from $280 to over $9,000 without any explanation or list of costs, despite being asked for a list).
