The support staff are very warm and nice. The relationship between them and I were good too…They even recognized my voice and called me by name. They were abreast of most facts of the case and made sure that my messages were delivered to the appropriate people.  The attorneys called me back, open the case and never once avoided my calls. I even called around closing time one day and the attorney made sure he called me back that evening after hours and I thought that was the best thing ever, going above and beyond.
