At the first hearing there was absolutely no preparation and pretty much went in there blind. Got denied. The second hearing was over the phone and the judge literally scolded the lawyer for being so unprepared with the client “me”. Denied.\nAt the last over the phone hearing it was obviously nothing the vocational expert could mark down for me to sufficiently work so the judge had no reason to deny me.
