It is true--- after practicing for nearly 4 decades, I first just try to help people that were kind enough to call in. I am not sure why personal injury lawyers try to make the law so mysterious. I have found that a well-informed client makes the best decisions on his or her case. Consequently, they are better clients and net out the most on their cases. Like I explained to you, every time I help someone with a personal injury or accident issue, it always comes back to me with a case or new referrals. That's how it works---- not TV ads or billboards---but, people out in the real world that say \"you got to call this guy. What a nice review! It is true---I have trained my staff to be helpful to anyone brave enough to call a law firm and ask for assistance. We are handsomely paid for our good work. But many of our cases have a genesis in simply helping people--first! Also, thank you for recognizing my team. They really do much of the heavy lifting at our law firm. As such, they deserve credit!

Thanks for the 5 Stars and kind words. You get me! We are really trying to answer any and all questions and make interacting with a personal injury law firm easy and helpful. The alternative (which we see in the big advertising law firms) is that you practically never get to speak to an experienced attorney and you are left in the dark about what will happen on your case and how to deal with the nuances of your particular circumstances. So---we answer questions and we make ourselves available to clients and potential clients---It is intentional! Thanks for noticing!
