I was later told that David had to leave for a personal reason, but I wasn't told I'd be meeting with someone else.\n\nThe attorney who replaced him, Justin Thomas, didn't shake my hand and clearly didn’t seem interested in being there. He gave a quick glance at the DPOA in question and said there was nothing to be done—without asking any questions about the Trust or the broader situation.
